GP Reception Area Violence

Wooden Framed Security Hatches
Bespoke Wooden Framed Security Hatches designed and built for a Coroners Court Reception.
These Security Glass Reception Hatches protects staff from noise, drafts and attacks while providing a sliding hatch for discussion and the passing of packages across the desk. Good all round visibility enables developing problems and risks to be spotted early on. The light airy design complemented the Entrance of the Coroners Court.

Glass Protection Screens in Main London Hospital
Main London Hospital Staff need full protection from Visitors.
In 20/21 only 791 incidents of violence to Reception Staff compared to 1068 in 21/22 recorded to Police forces throughout the UK. Staff protection is now a must for all main Reception Areas. This increase has meant that our team are very busy designing and installing our Glass Protection Screens.

Aluminium Framed Lockable Reception Hatches
The versatile sliding Lockable Hatch is the perfect solution to allow staff to safely transfer large or small packages to customers or pupils without putting them in any danger. This Aluminium framed hatch has just been installed in a North London school. The criteria for the project was to still have a fresh clean look but giving the staff full protection when needed. This Horizontal hatch has given a smart look with full protection for staff.

Full Protection for Reception Staff
Just installed were these toughened glass retrofitted screens with the posts fixed top and bottom for additional strength. Level 1 attack resistant security is provided. It was important that the view across the public area was not impeded and that discussion could take place both at counter level and above with upright adults. The transaction slots are dimensioned to enable chosen size packages and documents to be passed through the Screens. Staff have an uninterrupted view across the public area. The screens were designed to be attractive and not imposing. A requirement was to provide protection without discouraging visitors with imposing screens.
